Email Complaints

We occasionally get a complaint from someone saying that they have received unsolicited emails from us. Invariably it's due to one of two reasons: (1) they subscribed a while ago and have forgotten about it, or (2) they no longer work there or were away when the email was received and whoever read it didn't know about the subscription. The fact is we NEVER spam. If you received an email from us it is because you opted-in to our notification list when you downloaded or purchased one of our products, or you subscribed to our blog. You have to physically subscribe to get on our list. We ONLY send emails to SUBSCRIBERS. We NEVER send emails to people who haven't subscribed. Of course if you email us about something then we respond to your emails, but those email addresses do NOT go on our notification lists. Perhaps you don't remember subscribing but if we send you notification or update emails then you definitely have subscribed at some stage. At the bottom of every notication or update email there is an Unsubscribe Link. If you no longer wish to receive these emails then please click the link and you will immediately be unsubscribed.
