We offer the following support options:

  • Free email support (support@cybercom-software.com). This is our preferred method of support, and you will get the fastest response using this method. For quick support, email us now.
  • Fill in an online support request.
  • Before contacting us, check out our Support forums.  You may find there is already an answer to your question or problem.
  • Visit our Online Knowledge Base and Frequently Asked Questions because they may contain the answers you are looking for.
  • Remote support (we can connect directly to your PC via the Internet).
  • Limited telephone support (by prior arrangement).  Please note that to enable us to provide free support we do not have full time telephone support staff.
  • Chat online with our sales and support staff

Emails are generally answered within 24 hours.

Problems?

We do our best to make sure our software doesn't contain any undocumented features (read "bugs"), however, the odd one does occasionally slip through unnoticed. If you have a problem with any of our products, we would appreciate knowing about it as soon as possible. We give any bugs our immediate attention and, in most cases (depending on the nature of the problem), will have a fix for you within a week from the date you notify us. Once you have reported a problem, you will be kept informed of the status.
