We will send you your license by email within a few minutes! We only use secure online payment processing so please be assured that your details are safe when you place an order.
Please note: If you have already installed PhonePad you don't need to install it again. The license you receive will convert the version you have installed into a fully licensed copy. For more information about licensing PhonePad, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions.
Pricing
Pricing for PhonePad is based on the number of users that will be using the software (not the number of computers it will be installed on). For example, if 8 people will be using PhonePad, you would need to order a 10 user license.

The above amounts are one-off costs. There are no annual charges or renewal fees.

PayPal and Credit Cards
Yes, it is possible to use your credit card to purchase PhonePad via PayPal without having to open a PayPal account. You should see a Continue link or button on the PayPal order page (see screenshot below). Clicking the link or button will allow you to use your credit card without creating a PayPal account.

You can purchase our products using your credit card from this website (see above), or via our online resellers. Unfortunately we are unable to process credit card payments via telephone.

Upgrading Licenses
If you already have a PhonePad license and wish to add more users, you can upgrade your license at any time. When upgrading your license, you only need to pay the difference in cost.
For example, if you purchase a 10 user license ($180), and then want to upgrade to a 20 user license ($340) at a later time, you only need to pay the difference of $160, ie. you do not need to purchase a 20 user license at the full price.
You can order a license upgrade online, but we need to give you a special code so that you only pay the upgrade price. Please contact sales@cybercom-software.com to get your code when you are ready to upgrade.

Checks/Cheques
We accept checks drawn on US, UK, Australian and New Zealand banks by prior arrangement - please contact us first. Please note that licenses are not issued until checks have cleared. We believe it's also possible to pay by check using PayPal and SWReg.

Currency
All amounts displayed on this website are in US dollars. Our resellers can accept orders in other currencies. Australian purchasers can order online, or can contact us directly for local pricing arrangements (GST applies to sales within Australia).

Refund Policy
Sorry, we do not offer refunds on our products. The reasons are simple: while you as a customer would receive a full refund on a purchase, we still have to pay the fees charged by our credit card processors. Also, it is difficult for us to withdraw a license once it has been issued.
But we believe we make up for this by giving you the chance to try PhonePad free-of-charge for 60 days before you buy. That means you can try out PhonePad to make sure it does what you want and you are happy with it, before spending a single cent (or whatever your currency is).
We encourage you to take advantage of the full evaluation period and then make a decision to purchase if you are totally satisfied with PhonePad. If you need more than 60 days to evaluate our software please contact us - we can send you a temporary license to extend your evaluation period for as long as necessary.

Expired Trial Periods
If you've tried PhonePad before and it wasn't quite up to your expectations, or you never got around to testing it out once your trial started, and you'd like to try it again but you're trial period is over then let us know and we'll reset your trial period for you.
