MessageSender 5

Add MessageSender 5 to your PhonePad installation and you will be able to receive important messages when you're out of the office.

Used in conjunction with PhonePad's Automatic Message Forwarding feature, MessageSender will automatically forward your PhonePad messages to email addresses and even your mobile/cell phone.

PhonePad Automatic Message Forwarding

MessageSender 5 runs as a Windows service and will run even if the computer is logged out. It only needs to be installed on one server/computer on your network.

Also included is MessageSender Manager, an administration tool that makes it easy to configure and manage MessageSender.

MessageSender is free to download and use.

The current version is 5.07.

Important information about Automatic Message Forwarding

MessageSender can automatically forward messages to email addresses. Mobile/cell phones like iPhones and Blackberries can receive these messages via email.

You can also receive messages on mobile/cell phones via SMS text messages, however, for this to work you need an account with a third party SMS gateway service. MessageSender supports Clickatell and SMS Global. More SMS gateway providers will be added.

Please contact support for more information about what type of account you need with the SMS gateway providers.

Please note that we have been advised that Clickatell is no longer accepting new U.S. customers. If you are based in the U.S. we highly recommend SMS Global.
