DBISAM Error 11013 Access denied to table or backup file...

This error message can occur if Windows has not released file locks on one or more of your PhonePad data files.  It can be resolved by rebooting your Server or Host PC.

If you still get the error, check the user permissions for the PhonePad data folder (and the files it contains).  Users should have at least Read/Write or Modify access.
