Receptionists Can't See Any User Inboxes.

There are 3 steps to providing users with Receptionist Access.

Step 1: Check the Receptionist checkbox under the user account.

In the example below, we are giving Receptionist access to Pete

Step 2: With the user's name selected in the user list on the main screen, select the Receptionist Access option.

Step 3: Add the user names from the list on the left to the list on the right.  In the example below we are giving Pete access to the Inboxes for Andrew, Jane and Rebecca.

That's it. When the user next logs in to PhonePad, they should see a user list appear to the left of their Inbox. 

Selecting users from this list will change the Inbox the user is viewing, allowing them to access each user's Inbox as though they were logged in as them.

Please note: If the user is already logged in when they are given Receptionist access, or the user Inboxes they have access to has been changed, they will need to restart PhonePad as the changes only take effect on startup of PhonePad.
