After PhonePad has been shutdown for maintenance, you will need to start it again before users can login again.
Restarting the PhonePad Database in Local Mode
Click Yes to start the PhonePad database. The database status indicator on the status bar will change to green.
Restarting the PhonePad Database in Remote Mode
Go to the computer the PhonePad Server (DBServer) is running on and run ServerManager. Select Server Information, then click Start Server to restart the server.
