A user designated as a Receptionist can access view Inboxes of other users.  When a receptionist logs in to PhonePad, a user list appears between the sidebar and the Inbox message list.  By selecting names from the list, the receptionist can switch between Inboxes.  However, they can only view Inboxes they have been give access to via the Receptionist Accessoption.
