Select the Message Statistics tab to view the current status of messages:
Inbox Status: All Users
Shows the total number of read and unread messages in all Inboxes.
Follow Up Status: All Users
Shows the total number messages that have a follow up status of Unmarked, Marked and Completed.
Message Statistics
Shows the total number of messages for each message status.
Message Distribution: All Users/All Folders
Shows the distribution of messages across all folders in the system, regardless of user. You can see how many messages are stored in each type of folder.
