Welcome to PhonePad v2.19.
PhonePad has the following new features:
| • | Immediate Inbox Checking. You might notice that the Inbox checking option is missing under Preferences. With this release there is no need to specify the frequency of message checking - it is now virtually immediate. |
| • | Inbox Message Filtering. You can now get the Inbox to show you only the messages you want. Filter messages by All Messages, Unread Messages, Read Messages, Uncompleted Followups, Completed Followups, Urgent, Phone Messages and Text Messages. |
| • | Sortable Address Book list. Columns can now be sorted in the Address Book by clicking on the column headings. |
| • | Incremental searching in Address Book. A new incremental searchfeature allows you to quickly find the information for a caller. |
| • | Followup Notes Printing. You can now print the notes to followups that have been completed (this is only a basic printing facility at the moment - we intend to improve this). |
Changes and bug fixes:
| • | Database connection polling is now off by default. To enable this feature, run PhonePad Admin and select Database Connection Polling from the Tools menu. If you have PhonePad installed on individual workstations, you will need to copy the PHONEPAD.INI file to each of these workstations. |
| • | Inbox selection problem - fixed. |
