Viewing a Phone Message

Like all of the features in PhonePad, viewing a message is as simple as point-and-click. You can view a message using a number of methods:

•	Double-click on the message

•	Click on the View button on the Sidebar

•	Click on the View button on the Toolbar

•	Select View Message from the File menu

The message has an appearance similar to that of the old paper-based message pads.

The icon next to the caller's name activates the Caller Time Lookupfeature.

To view a phone message:

	Click the View button on the toolbar.

	Or click the View button on the sidebar.

Notes

•	You can edit the message text of a phone message after you have received it. This allows you to add follow up notes and other information. If you make changes to the text you will be prompted to save them.
