Check spelling as you type

When checked, Live Spelling is enabled.  Misspelt words will be automatically highlighted with a red "wiggly" underline.

Correct spelling errors as you type

When checked, the AutoCorrect option is enabled.  Misspelt words will be automatically corrected for you.

Ignore words in uppercase

When checked, uppercase words will not be checked for correct spelling.

Ignore words containing numbers

When checked, words containing numbers will not be checked for correct spelling.

Suggest from main dictionaries only

When checked, spelling suggestions will only be sourced from main dictionaries.

Prompt on repeated word

When checked, you will be prompted where words are repeated.

Automatically correct DUal capitals

When checked, words containing dual capitals will be corrected.

Dictionaries

Dictionaries

PhonePad comes standard with a number of dictionaries for different languages.  Dictionaries are stored in the Dictionaries sub-folder.  Select the dictionaries you wish to you by checking the appropriate check boxes.

Custom Dictionary

The custom dictionary is where new words are added.  This will be automatically created for you, although you can create your own custom dictionaries.
