Sent Messages

The Sent Messages list displays a list of all messages you have sent to other PhonePad users.  Messages are listed in the order they were sent, with the most recent ones appearing at the bottom of the list.

The Sent Messages view displays the date and time of each message, the PhonePad user the message was sent to, and the name of the caller.  You can view a message using a number of methods:

Message Priority and Status

The Sent List displays an icon for each message you have sent.  These icons tell you which messages have been read or not read by the recipient.

       Indicates a message that has been read by the recipient.        

       Indicates a message that hasn't been read by the recipient.        

       Indicates an urgent message that hasn't been read by the recipient.        

       Indicates the message is a phone message.        

       Indicates the message is a text message.        

Sent messages can be resent by selecting the message and then by clicking the Resend button on the toolbar (you can also click on the Resend button on the Sidebar, or by selecting Resend Message from the File menu).

Messages can be sorted in by clicking on the column heading.
