If you have been specified as a Receptionist, you will be able to check the Inboxes of other users.  This is designed for offices where the receptionist takes messages for other staff, and then gives them their messages when they return.  It can also be used for offices where the other staff don't have computers, or the computers aren't connected to a network.

In Receptionist mode, a user list appears to the left of the Inbox message list.  Clicking on a name in the user list will display the Inbox of that user, and their name will appear on the Inbox title bar.  You can hide and unhide the user list by clicking on the Hotspot Button.

 

The Receptionist mode allows you to view, print and delete messages in any user's Inbox.  However, it has no effect on the Sent Folder.  You can only view your own Sent Folder.

Before you can view the Inboxes of other users, you need to be given access by the PhonePad Administrator.
