The Received Calls screen displays all calls you have received, including missed calls.
You can access it by selecting Received Calls from the Tools menu.
Message

Opens a new phone message and pre-fills the caller details.

Dial
|
Dials the phone number for the selected caller.
|
|
|
Clear
|
Clears all entries from the Received Calls list.
|
|
|
Close
|
Closes this window.
|
|
|
Help
|
Displays online help.
|
Important Note: The Received Calls features requires the Caller ID feature to be enabled. For Caller ID to work, you must have a TAPI compliant device (eg. a TAPI modem) connected to your computer and a telephone.
