Phone messages can be printed in the formats shown in this dialog. As you select the different options in the list, an explanation will be shown in the lower part of the window. Select the most appropriate option and click the Print button. If you want to preview the messages before printing, click the Preview button.
Preview

Displays the messages in a preview window before printing.

Prints the message without previewing it first.

Cancel
|
Cancels printing.

Help
|
Displays online help (which you are now viewing).

Printing Options

Standard
|
Prints one message per page in a standard format, including any follow up notes. Ideal for messages that span multiple pages.

Message Form -1 message to a page
|
Prints one message to a page using a message type layout, including any follow up notes. Each message fills the page.

Message Form - 2 messages to
a page
|
Prints up to two messages to a page using a message type layout.
|

Message Form - 4 messages to
a page
|
Prints up to four messages to a page using a message type layout.

Print Follow Up Notes
|
When checked, Follow Up Notes will be printed along with the selected message/s. Note that with some print options this cannot be unchecked.
