When you purchase PhonePad you will receive a serial number via email from sales@cybercom-software.com. If you have anti-spam software installed, please ensure that this email address is on your White List.
There are two ways to license PhonePad:
| • | Enter your serial number and email address, and download your license key from our license server. |
| • | Load the license key from a license key file you have received from us via email. |
Retrieving Your License from the Internet
| 2. | Enter your Serial Number. You should have received this via email. |
| 3. | Enter the Email Address you used when you ordered PhonePad. |
| 4. | Click the Request License Key button. |
| 5. | Your license key will be downloaded from the Internet. Please be patient - this may take a few minutes. |
| 6. | The details of your license key will be displayed under License Information. |
| 7. | Click the License button. |
Retrieve Your License from a License Key File
| 2. | Select the Retrieve License from File tab. |
| 3. | Select the License Key file. It will be called PHONEPAD4.KEY, however, if you have upgraded from PhonePad 3 then the file may be called PHONEPAD3.KEY. |
| 4. | Click the License Info button. |
| 5. | The details of your license key will be displayed under License Information. |
| 6. | Click the License button. |
