The Inbox displays a list of messages that have been sent to you. Messages are listed in the order they are received, with the most recent ones appearing at the bottom of the list.
The Inbox displays the date and time of each message, the name of the caller and where they are from (eg. their company). You can view a message using a number of methods:

Message Priority and Status
The status and priority of each message is indicated by an icon.
Indicates a message that has been read.
Indicates a message that has not been read.
Indicates an urgent message.
Black Indicates a message that has been read.
Blue Indicates a message that has not been read.
Red Indicates an urgent message.
Indicates the message is a telephone message.
Indicates the message is a text message.
Indicates the message has been marked for follow up.
Indicates the message has been followed up.
If you have been nominated as a Receptionist, a user list will appear to the left of the Inbox (see Receptionist Mode).
Messages can be sorted in the Inbox by clicking on the column heading.
You can also set the overall message order in a message list, ie. newest messages are shown at the top or bottom.
Inbox messages can also be filtered so that only the messages you want to see will be displayed.
The Inbox message list has its own popup menu, which can be accessed by right-clicking on the message list.
