Follow Ups

There are probably many times where receiving a phone message requires some type of follow up action.  For example, you may need to return the call, collect some information for the caller, prepare documents for sending, etc.  PhonePad has a number of features which make it easy to manage and track follow up of messages.

 

These are the toolbar buttons for Follow Ups:

 

 FollowUpToolbar

 

MarkForFollowUp

Marks a message for Follow Up.

 

AddAFollowUpNote

Adds a Follow Up Note, which is displayed in the Follow Up Notes list.

 

EditAFollowUpNote

Allows you to edit a Follow Up Note.  Notes can only be edited by the person that created them.  Other users can only view them.

 

DeleteAFollowUpNote

Deletes the selected Follow Up Note.  Notes can only be deleted by the person that created them

 

ViewAFollowUpNote

View the selected Follow Up Note.

 

MarkAsCompleted

Marks a message as Completed.
