Follow Up Notes List

The Follow Up Notes list is positioned below the message list in your Inbox, Folders, etc.  When you select a message, any Follow Up Notes it has will be displayed.

The list displays the date and time of each note, the note text, and the name of the user who created the note.  Long notes will be clipped in the list.  In this case, you will need to open the note to view the complete note.

The order the notes are displayed in is dependent on the message list's sort order.
