Exporting Messages to CSV File

This option allows you to export your PhonePad messages to a comma delimited file for importing into a spreadsheet application, eg. Microsoft Excel™. The PhonePad message data is not entirely suited for this purpose as the number of fields can vary between messages. Therefore the import into your favorite spreadsheet program won't be perfect.

ExportCSV

To export messages:

1.	In the Inbox, select the messages to export.

2.	Select Export Messages to CSV File from the Tools menu.

3.	Enter the export directory and file, or click on the button and specify a file.

4.	Change the delimiter if required.

5.	If Include Headings is checked, a heading for each field will be added to each message exported.

Click OK.
