Distribution Groups

With Distribution Groups, you can set up lists of users that you frequently send phone and/or text messages to. Instead of selecting each user individually, you only need to select the group. Each user in the group will then receive the message.

Creating a Distribution Group

To create a new distribution group, click on the New button. Enter the name of the group and click OK.

Renaming a Distribution Group

Select the distribution group to rename and click the Edit button. Change the name of the group and click OK.

Deleting a Distribution Group

Select the distribution group to delete and click the Delete button. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.

Adding and Removing Users to a Distribution Group

Users are added to, and removed from, a distribution group using the following buttons:

	Adds the selected users to the selected group.

	Removes the selected users from the group.

	Adds all users to the selected group.

	Removes all users from the selected group.

Multiple users can be selected by holding down the <ctrl> or <shift> key when clicking on the names.

To open the Distribution Group window:

	Click the Distribution Groups button on the toolbar.

	Or click the Distribution Groups button on the sidebar.
