Dialing Phone Numbers

If a phone message contains the caller's phone number, PhonePad can dial the number for you.

To dial a number, select the appropriate message in the Inbox list and click the Dial button on the toolbar (or select Dial Number from the File menu, or click the Dial button on the sidebar).

The Call Prompt dialog will be displayed.

Pick up the telephone receiver and then click the OK button. Please note: if you click OK before picking up the received, the call will be disconnected.

To dial a message's phone number:

	Click the Dial button on the toolbar.

	Or click the Dial button on the sidebar.

Notes:

•	You must have a modem connected to your computer to use this option.

•	You should check the settings under Preferences to ensure that you have the correct modem settings.
