Receptionists Can't See Any User Inboxes.
With PhonePad Version 4.03 we introduced a new receptionist access feature. You can now set access to each Inbox for each user that is designated as a receptionist. This is how you provide access:
1. Run PhonePad Admin (PPADMIN4.EXE). 2. Select a user that is designated as a receptionist. 3. Click on the Receptionist Access option. 4. Select which user Inboxes you want the receptionist to access. 5. Click Close. 6. Repeat steps 2 - 5 for each user. When you login you should see a user list appear to the left of your Inbox. Selecting users from this list will change the Inbox you are viewing, allowing you to access each user's Inbox as though you were logged in as them. |
