The Registration facility is only for customers that purchase their PhonePad license from an online store (other than ours).

If you place your order from our website then our automated ordering system will automatically register your serial number to you. That is why you get a message that the serial number has already been assigned. It has been assigned - to you. In other words, there is no need for you to register as this has already been done for you.
