Storing Name(s)

Is there any chance of changing the way phonepad stores the names? When taking a message, we enter first name, last name but would like address book to show Last name, First name.

Sorry for the delay in responding. We added Firstname and Lastname fields in 4.09. We are planning on adding some code that automatically extracts the name from the Name field and populates these fields. Would that be of any use?

I have 4.09 and it is a nice added feature, however, is there anyway to move the last name first and then first name last, showing as:

Smith, John
not like it is now John Smith
and for the search button to be able to go by last names instead of first names?

I'm not sure about that. I'll see what can be done but you may have to wait until PhonePad 5.
