Error: ''Unable to login using your Windows Username.''
Error message: "Unable to login using your Windows Username. Refer this problem to your system administrator."

This error message will appear if you have PhonePad configured to log you in using your Windows username. You will get this error if your Windows username doesn't match your PhonePad username. The two usernames must be the same.
