No, you only need to license PhonePad from one workstation. The license data is stored centrally within your PhonePad database so once you have licensed PhonePad from one workstation, the license is available from every workstation.

When you run the License utility and enter your email address and serial number, your license key is downloaded from the license server and embedded into your PhonePad database. When you run PhonePad on your workstations it retrieves the license information from your PhonePad database. No license information is stored on the workstations.
